No exaggeration. I have called for the last 10 months about the blinds that I purchased.

I needed another part and now my blind just broke. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE. They make you think that you can leave a message and then the call gets cut off. They have never connected with me via their "live chat." The blinds are junk.

The sizes came in incorrectly. The metal blinds in particular have a pull string that does not support the weight of the blind so it breaks. And yes, YOU WILL NEVER REACH THEM AGAIN. I have even tried to live chat that I have a new order.

What I don't understand is why I can still get tons of emails from Selectblinds sometimes twice a day but I can't get someone on the phone????

The just purely suck. Avoid at all cost.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Send new blind with extra brackets with a refund for the time I have spent trying to do business with them and fix their product..
