If you have a question or issue about an order, don't expect to reach anyone. If you call, they continue to offer the option for a callback while you wait. Eventually the system will make the choice for you and you will either leave a message or be disconnected. 1....

I ordered 3 horizontal premium faux wood blinds with cloth tapes, not cheap, and one of the tilters did not work. They sent me a new part and I had to repair the blind myself ... what a hassle, take it down, get the old part out put the new in ... and it STILL DID NOT...

They do not know how to cut shades. Give exact measurement and they do not allow for setback when placed inside an enclosed area. They just do not understand it. In addition, they drag their feet to correct the complaints. We have been trying to solve this issue...
