I placed my order and when the estimated shipping date appeared, it was a full 10 days (7 working) after my order was placed. When I did not receive tracking information, a chat was initiated.

Eventually, it was determined that my order was indeed shipping that day, but was late. When I suggested that Select Blinds upgrade the shipping, since they were late "Chad" disconnected the chat! There are other companies out there with much better customer service and quicker shipping. I won't be giving my business to Select Blinds again.

Maybe they'll care enough to initiate contact with me after I leave my negative review as many places as possible, but I doubt it. After all, they employ someone that was allowed to disconnect a customer when they requested compensation for a late shipment.
